Overview
SOAK Cares offers our customers (with active free service agreements) comprehensive, system monitoring—completely free. Among the systems we oversee is Business Central cloud, enabling proactive diagnostics, issue detection, and performance insights to help ensure stability and uptime.
What we monitor
- Job Queues. We take action if your job queues stops working.
- Integration errors (Dataverse). Any integration errors when syncing with Dataverse? We make sure they are fixed.
Prerequisites
- An active Microsoft Business Central subscription.
- Customer at SOAK A/S.
- Signed up for a Free or Paid Service agreement.
Installation and setup
- Download the app from app source.
- Setup security for the EntraID app.
After Download Search for Microsoft entra Applications in Business Central.
Then fill in the entra ID as shown below.
- ClientID 6f022481-cd00-40b7-aa74-acc21c936395
- Description: Soak Cares
- Permission set: Soak Cares
- Click Grant Consent and grant consent (requires and Admin for entra ID)

How to use the system
The system installs the following API’s
- Companies. api/soakas/soacares/v1.0/companies
- Job Queues. api/soakas/soacares/v1.0/companies(XXXXX)/bcjobqueues
- Integration errors. api/soakas/soacares/v1.0/companies(XXXXX)/integrationerrors
Replace the XXXX With the companyID.
